Business Development Executive

  • Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (TESIN-EC)

2 - 3 years

  • Identify and target potential customers for Embedded Systems and Silicon engineering primarily targeting US geo

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client companies

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns

  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to clients

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure that customer needs are met and projects are completed successfully

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Electrical or Electronics engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in sales or business development in semiconductor, Automotive, Avionics and Industrial IoT Markets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with semiconductor design and manufacturing processes is a plus

  • Knowledge of CRM tools highly preferable
