Presentation Title: Securing Chiplet-Based AI Designs: Enabling End-to-End Protection in Modular Architectures
Abstract:

As AI accelerators increasingly adopt chiplet-based architectures to scale compute performance and enable heterogeneous integration, new security challenges arise at the die-to-die interface and system integration levels. This talk presents Secure-IC’s approach to embedding security into chiplet-based AI SoCs, leveraging lightweight security IP and integrated lifecycle services. We will showcase how integrity, authentication, and secure communication are achieved between AI chiplets through trusted interconnects and runtime monitoring. The presentation will highlight the implementation trade-offs, integration path, and measurable impact on system-level security, with insights from real-world deployments.
