Sivaharan Janahan is the founder of WRAXK Corp., where he is developing a release-evidence continuity system for semiconductor assurance. His work asks which earlier evidence remains usable after RTL, configuration or security-intent changes, which work must be repeated, and what new obligations were created. Your RTL Changed – Which Evidence Is Still Valid?

Overview

When RTL or configuration changes, teams know which tests can run again. A harder question is whether evidence accepted for the previous release still supports the new one. This talk separates regression selection from evidence validity and uses a Release A-to-B example to show two outputs: the status of prior evidence and the new work created by the change. It introduces a release-linked Passport that records the reasoning, assumptions and limits. Sometimes full regression is correct, and reduced revalidation must be measured rather than assumed.
