Suraj Chakravarthi Raja is an Application Engineer working in the areas of signal processing, controls, embedded AI, and HDL code generation at MathWorks. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, Suraj has a decade of experience in hardware-software codesign of low-latency embedded accelerator pipelines for humanoid robotics applications. His prior work was funded by DARPA, NIH, NSF, and DoD. He also has master’s degrees from USC in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.
