Position: System Engineer / Sr. System Engineer ) - EV

• Develop, document, execute and maintain system tests, based on system requirements analyses; as well as system integration tests, based on system architectural.

• You will be working on integrating and testing of the system.

• The primary duties include integrating the hardware and software components, developing test cases, carrying out test activities, analyzing test reports and working with development engineers to resolve issues.

• You will be working in SCRUM team that is responsible for developing the build and test platforms, test strategies and methods, basic bootloader, gate drivers and application software.

• You will possess excellent and demonstrated skills in embedded software development (application and the driver layer), hardware specification of an ECU.

• The job requires in-depth familiarity with system integration, testing and a good understanding of modern system architectures.

• You are expected to possesses an interest in learning and in contributing automation, debugging and analysis tools related to software testing.

Technical Skillset Required:

• Experienced Engineer with 3-5 year in system integration and testing in automotive domain.

• Experience in defining the test strategy, test planning, test execution, debugging and reporting.

• Working experience with Automated Test environment / Test benches.

• Familiarity with embedded hardware details and understanding of hardware schematics

• Experience with automated build and test automation systems.

• Experience with Software Configuration Management Tools / Version Control Tools.

• Multiple experience in HIL testing using different tool sets from dSPACE, Vector, NI etc.

• You are familiar with the following tools: IBM ALM, Vector CANoe, Mathworks (Matlab, Simulink).

• Knowledge of automotive software standards and processes like Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262.

• As a professional you have a good analytical skill. In your work you focus on results and you are able to manage your planning and set priorities.

• As the automotive industry is focused on Quality you are as well. Therefore, you bring good problem solving skills with a pragmatic and pro-active approach.

• You work accurately and can follow guidelines and work instructions.

• It is important to have good communication skills in English.

• ISTQB – foundation level certified is preferred.
