Position Summary:
Lead a team of engineers in Thermo-mechanical stress analysis of electronic packages.
Define analysis requirements, execute analysis and provide reports/recommendations to customers.
Profile Summary:

Minimum 3 years experience in Finite Element Stress analysis. ANSYS preferred.

Sound stress analysis concepts in static, vibration and fatigue analysis.

Nonlinear material modeling.

Thermal analysis experience using CFD tools a plus.
Educational Requirements: B.E., B.Tech. , M.E., M.Tech ( Mechanical, Aerospace, Material Science.)

system software and designing test hardware for digital and mixed signal
integrated circuits. Test development is done on state-of-the-art automated
test equipment. This position will involve in all phases of product
development, including testability definition, test program development, debug,
and characterization and manufacturing release.
Profile Summary:

Minimum 7 years of ATE test development experience. Knowledge of Teradyne Flex
/ Catalyst and Verigy testers preferred.

Good understanding of electronic circuit and DSP fundamentals.

Ability to perform PM for ATE equipments as per equipment specs.

Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet equipment specifications.

Evaluate, setup and converting the ATE equipment configuration to meet customer needs.

Support pilot production in meeting output and quality & reliability through technical service in resolving product / equipment issues.

Participate in quality, productivity and maintenance cost improvement programs.
Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Electro –Mechanical

Preferably minimum 2-3 year’s working experience in a tester support in a manufacturing environment.

Maintenance experience on Teradyne, Credence and Agilent / Verigy Platform testers.

Maintenance experience on Handler and Probers. Preferably on Pick and place handlers.

GOOD problem-solving, communication & interpersonal skill.

Knowledge on Operating system like windows, Linux and Solaris.
