 ASL 3000RF

Credence ASL 3000RF, a high performance test system focused on the wireless market, includes patented MVNA technology that offers superior throughput and accuracy for the current and upcoming wideband communication systems. The system includes both digital and base band analog instrumentation allowing seamless testing of highly integrated devices.

The ASL 3000RF test system integrates three unique technologies. Linear, mixed signal, and RF into a single platform. The user communicates via a single user interface environment called Visual ATE, which is based on Microsoft's Visual C++ Studio. The system CPU hosts the program for linear and mixed signal testing, while the MVNA's controller hosts the RF test program. The system CPU communicates with the MVNA controller via a 100baseT ethernet connection.
