Verigy Certified!!

Tessolve today announced its most recent service offering out of its test facility in Bangalore – the Verigy Certified Training Program.

A pioneer in the field of Test Engineering in India, Tessolve has grown from strength to strength in offering latest solutions in areas of semiconductor test engineering, package design & analysis, failure analysis and DFT. Today with around 140 test engineers and expertise across various industry leading ATEs; Tessolve seeks to underline its prowess on the Verigy Platform.

This offering consists of the Verigy 93000 Basic User training and the Verigy 93000 Mixed Signal tester Program. Ideally suited for design and test engineering engaged in test program development, prototype verification and characterization; each of these 5 day program will be conducted out of Tessolve’s Bangalore facility by Verigy trained and certified instructors. The course assists engineers in planning appropriate tests by optimal utilization of the ATEs various features including its digital and analogue modules; orients them to development of test programs for varied kind of devices, and goes into the greater detail on debugging and debugging tools available.
