Step-1:

The candidate has to take up an online exam. He / She should score a minimum of 60% and above, only then the student will be permitted to step-2.

Step- 2:

In the technical discussion the candidate will be evaluated on various parameters such as

Basic knowledge in electrical and electronics 
Erge of learning
Interest level in core industry

On successful completion of this discussion the candidate will be given the selection letter to enroll him/herself in the training program.
